Continental Micronesia is a United States certified international air carrier engaged in the business of transporting passengers, cargo and mail in the Western Pacific. The airline principally serves five markets from its hub operations based in Guam and Saipan; seven cities in Japan, Asian destinations including Taiwan, Manila, Hong Kong, South Korea, Bali, the islands of Micronesia and through its nonstop service to Honolulu, the Mainland United States.


The airline's operations are concentrated at its hub based on the islands of Guam and Saipan. Geographically, Guam and Saipan are part of the Mariana Islands, a chain of tropical islands centrally situated among Pacific Rim destinations, each of which can be reached within three to six hours by air. Guam is the westernmost territory of the United States, located approximately 3,800 miles from Hawaii and 7,000 miles from Los Angeles.


Saipan, located 130 miles north of Guam, is part of the commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. It is a self-governing commonwealth in political union with and under sovereignty of the United States.
